Lesson 2: The most essential key before practicing the instrument
Before practicing any musical instruments, it's worth to ask yourself by the profound question that who has acted to these instruments, on the one hand, who plays them.

The answer is so clear, no player, the instrument couldn't make sound itself. Thus, practicing classic guitar is, in fact, practicing ourselves to get ready for those musical instruments. Basicly, each body has its own particularity so that you could set your most comfortable posture for playing guitar, so, this means that it's you to know your body's nature and how to get right for yourself. And importantly, it needs to be reminded that the ways of practicing come from the understanding, not from imitation.
The sitting posture and the holding of guitar
The sitting posture and the holding of guitar are much important since they have been the beginning of playing music.

Therefore, it should be done in such a naturally relaxed manner thoroughly your body so that it could feelingly create live songs either sweet, depressive or cheerful feelings instead of just only a kind of continuous sound. This is also applied to the classic guitar, so, the right finger and the left finger are the key to express guitar's feeling and as mentioned above.

Starting with a natural manner brings the brain's control system and the fingers get along very well and more connected to each other just as the smooth way which can be reached comfortably. To be in fact, the natural start is the beginning of some kinds of difficulties that happening in any music either about the speed, the continual melodies, the volume of sound.

The appropriate time for practice is also necessary for gaining skill and readiness of the muscle's strength to response directly to the brain's control system.

The accurate training will strengthen your capacity and, in turn, the unnatural practice could damage itself and causes the limitations which leads to discouragement and even giving it up eventually.
The sitting posture for man and the holding of the guitar
The chair for playing guitar must be strong without spring and armchair while the seat must be fixed.

At the left leg of the chair, there is a 6''-8'' high foot stool situated just about the same line as the chair's leg and keeping space between it slightly.
The player should comfortably sit upright and let the feet rest on the floor fully. Shoulders ought to be naturally relaxed as taking a seat commonly. In doing so, you will find that everything will go on its own way.
Placing the left leg on the foot stool which the level of the height depends on the height of the body and the height of the chair. The guitar should rest with its waist on the upper part of the left knee while the right leg is comfortably separated and then, slides the lower part of the guitar on there which, by this way, the thigh will close to the edge of the back of the guitar. Reminding that relaxed way is prior to practicing the guitar, your body should not be under strain.
The sitting posture for woman
There are no differences of the sitting posture between man and women. Just in case, if women are to put on short skirts, then, they should raise the right knee lie on the top of the left leg and the lower part of the guitar will be kept on the foreleg.
The position and the operation of the right hand
The next step is to place the joint of the right arm on the lower bust of the upper part of the guitar as the right shoulder must be set in a comfortable posture. Let the arm including the hand fall naturally by not try to raise or even twist the wrist.

Using the joint which touches on the lower edge of the upper part of guitar, to be as the point of circle, then, raising the whole arm, remaining a natural manner by hanging the right wrist comfortably while the thumb will always be at the front of the index.

Either during playing the guitar or even the preparatory step, the position of the right hand and its operation will be never changed unless some patterns can be produced by this way.
